My thoughts and prayers will be with all of our KBV kinfolk in Hurricane Irene's path.

Grab your gear, the kitties, kids, wife, whatever living that breathes and get out of there. Stay safe and don't worry about vaping in a shelter...just do it.

there really isn't anywhere to go.. I am grateful I am on 1 of the highest parts of LI,pretty much smack dab in the middle.. the shelter is blocks away..I am not really concerned with me gf n kittehs..we have lived thru a few hurricanes and we are survivors . I really worry about friends n family who live on south shore of island...I was lucky to have a father who was part or the coast guard.... he taught me a lot about how to stay safe in severe weather
