Happy Monday Halo Nation! As I'm sure most of you have heard we have quite a big storm moving in here on the East coast. We are in the office this morning, for now, and we will be in tomorrow and thereafter if we are able but please be patient if you are waiting for shipments or a response from customer service. We will do the best we can to make sure things run smoothly but unfortunately we are somewhat at the mercy of Mother Nature for the next few days. Thanks! I placed my first order with Halo last night and had shipping notification this morning. We are in south central PA and are right in line with the path of the storm as well. Hope you all are safe. I am hoping Sandy decides it isn't fun anymore and dissolves without too much damage.

Hopefully you all made it through alright. Seems the worst of it is over. We made out pretty good considering. Pumping out excess water from the pool now and got a little bit of water in the basement but it was on the backside and most went down the drain.

Glad to here everyone is ok. I think everyone understands the circumstances. I build utility trucks for a living and as you well know, demand just went way up. Not the best way to insure job security.
Are the post offices still closed in the area? My shipping from 11-1 still is showing electronic shipping info received.

I would imagine you might be getting your package today or tomorrow. Mine that I ordered on 10/29 was showing accepted up until Saturday and it showed up Saturday but the tracking didn't update till right before it was delivered around 1pm.
Thanks for info! I ordered on 10/30 so I bet mine will show up tommorow. I really wasn't expecting movement with the lack of power there.
