HV juice for LR attys?

Can't answer the difference but I have tried some and personally never really noticed any difference with a 3.7 using a lr atty with HV juice but that's me. The difference may have something to do with the percentages of vg and pg that make it more optimal to use on a high voltage device say 5-6v but still not 100% sure either.
