Ok, so I think I mixed up my LR and HV attys. They are both silver 901. Is there a way to tell the difference without a voltage meter? Neither seem to be marked.
Nope, you'll need to buy a voltage meter.
:(

EDIT: Or just try them, and you should easily be able to tell the difference.

using 6v (2 batts at 3v) they both seem to burn hot, and go through juice, and produce vapor. I know one is HV and one LR. Guess I'll have to wait till Thursday when I get to a voltage meter.

If you have a regular 3.7v it would have a difference. but with a 6v the difference is not going to be noticeable. Im taking a guess you no longer have any 3.7 batts.

I have a 3.7 v 18650. I'm afraid of ruining the batt or the atty though.
You have more chance of ruining your atomizers at 6v so I wouldn't worry about that.
And you're definitely not going to ruin that battery either.

LR atomizers were made for 3.7v batteries, and an HV atomizer certainly won't hurt it.

What might happen, any day now, is that you pop you're LR atomizer at 6 volts.
I'm surprised that hasn't happened already.

I can tell my LR attys from my HVs by the threads. The threads on my LRs are deeper than my HVs. My HVs are the same as a standard 510 but the bridge is wider like the LRs.

Hope thats not too confusing.

If the bridge is wider, than it's not "like" the other. I am confused. I'll check the threads though. You say the LRs have deeper threads?

Actually, they are both 901 threads, period... so that shouldn't/couldn't be different. I checked both the LR and HV and the wick over the bridge inside are the same size, even.

I must have picked the right one to use at 6V, as I haven't popped it in the last few days. THough I only get about 4-5 hits off it before my 2 drops evaporate completely.
