hybrid adapter for stingray clone?

so my tobeco stingray clone is currently out of service because the delrin around the 510 in the top cap was damaged. a local shop near me sells authentic stingrays as well as the hybrid adapters that are available for them. i know the best way to figure things out is to just go to the shop and ask to try one out but before i waste 10 bucks worth of gas does anyone have experience using an authentic stingray hybrid adapter on a clone? and do you guys think this would be ok to do? i love my stingray and want to continue to use it but so far i have not found anywhere online that sells the top cap individually

If your Ray is a 1:1 clone, and most are, then the part will swap in without issue.
Even my Crappy $23 3 tube Black Copper Stingray set(gifted to me) is 1:1 in threading.

yeh they are interchangeable just make sure the hybrid will work with your atty as it doesn't with some and will short battery out as i found out
