i really lucked out . . . .
when i first started vaping i was steered to Vicky and her product line.. it seams like a long time ago... but thanks to Vicky and her unbelievable custimer service and dedication to us as customers... i am still smoke free and loving every breath i take...
i feel i owe her a great deal of thanks and gratitude... who knows were i would be without all she has done for me...
all i can do to thank her is keep sending people to her... and as i send more friends and family to her.. i feel i owe her more.. i have more friends that are happy-er and healthy er and alot of that success started with Vicky.. there is no other vendor i would recommend to a smoker or a early stage vapor..

I love Vicki and Cignot! I read rave reviews about Cignot on ECF before I ordered my first kit, and I'm so happy I went with them! The customer service is awesome, shipping is lightning fast, and the prices are great. Vicki answers all of my dumb questions (often really early in the morning, like before 6am, when I am emailing her from work). I have learned so much from her, and she makes me feel like a very valued customer. She has a way of almost making me feel like I'm her only customer (maybe because I try to hog so much of her time - lol). I recommend Cignot to everyone. I know I've spent an ungodly amount of money at Cignot (last week I placed 4 orders in one day!), but it's all worth it! I will never go back to cigarettes. Thanks, Vicki!
