Yep.. there is! I modded my DC tanks with a screw just like the sub tanks. Here is the drill and tap and Here are the screws

Everything to mod 25 tanks for around $10 shipped I just saw that you're not in the US.. shipping will probably be higher for you. But these are the correct drill, tap and screws in the correct sizes.
