So just last week I ordered my first e-cig kit (kr808). Got it in this morning and put it to charge. It says that the first charge should be a full 8 hrs., but after about 4 I assembled just to try it... Okay I can actually see why everyone has had such success leaving the analogs behind.... I took one puff and love it.... Can't wait till it is fully charged... What's kind of funny is I was trying to sniff at it to see if I could smell anything.. I know just after that one little puff that I will finally be able to quit smoking for good.... Yay!!!!!

Put one battery on the charger and vape your head off with the other one. Seriously. Just do it.
The instructions can be thrown out because they don't apply to Lithium Ion batteries anyway. You don't have to charge them for 8 hours. You don't have to babysit them while they're charging because they won't overcharge and it doesn't hurt them to be left on the charger after they're full.

Isn't awesome to be a vaper now? Every smoker should try this because it's LIBERATING!

Thanks.... Yes it is super awesome... I looked like a little kid in front of the bathroom mirror just to see the vapor... LOL... I am now going to look for carts from a different supplier other than the one I got the kit from, because I have a feeling I will be vaping instead of smoking..... Yippee.... I am so giddy..

I felt the very same way 5 days ago, when I quit smoking after 42 years of under 2 packs a day.
That started the first minute I put an 808 in my hand too.

Yay!!! I'll second that!! lol. When I felt the vapor hit the back of my throat on my first puff, I knew I could quit analogs. If I'd of had a good kit, I think I could of quit immediately, but because of battery problems I still had a few analogues until my 510 came in which was six days later. So congrats to you and welcome to the world of vaping. JD

Welcome! I am new too and loving it. I watched MistressNomads videos early on because when I came to this site I was completely overwhelmed by all the information and didn't think I'd ever "get it". Her videos are very good, helped me understand much more of what people are talking about here and she kinda gave me my first inkling that this was going to be more than not smoking it was going to be fun, and interesting - like a new hobby. Excellent choice on the KR808! That's my main PV, I also have an eGo because I wanted to try dripping, which I do from time to time, but I prefer my 'Vapor King'. I know what you mean about feeling like a kid. I was so anxious waiting for my first kit, and when it finally arrived I felt like a kid on Christmas morning! I fell in love after my first vape, and have not looked back since.

Edit - BTW you only have to charge your batteries until the light turns green, which indicates that they are fully charged. You don't have to worry about when you charge them or interrupting the charging process, because Lithium Ion batteries have no 'memory'.
