I just received my njoy NPro today...and I can't get this thing to work! It said to charge for 3+ hrs, well after 15 mins the light turned green. So I thought well maybe it's pre-charged. Tried it.. all I got was a gurlging sound, no lite on the tip and no vapor. Tried to charge the other battery, same thing.. green light after 15 mins. This time I let it charge for 3 hrs. any way, tried it and same as the first one, tip doesn't lite up and just a gurlging sound.

Called and left a message with njoy waiting for a call back. Am I doing something wrong? I was really excited to try this and now I'm kinda bummed!

You need to charge for 12 hours upon first use. I have an NPro, too (as do many people). The battery charger light has not worked for me. Mine stays red the entire time, until I start to unscrew the battery from the charger. Then it turns green. So time it yourself.

I found the gurgling noise to be common with these when you inhale.

If the LED at the end of the e-cig is not lighting and you're getting no vapor, then it's either because the battery isn't charged enough, or you've got a bum atomizer. My atomizer crapped out in less than a week. NPro is sending me another one, but they also admitted that they've been having problems with the atomizers. They also want me to send the defective one back to them. Postage on these things could get expensive.

I'd go with NPro again, though, because of the 12-month warranty.
