Always ask if you don't know - that is what this forum is for! ;)

Basically, you plug the PCC into your computer or the USB adaptor and charge the PCC. The PCC then will charge up to 5 batteries without being plugged in, which means you can put it in your purse, and when the battery you are vaping dies you can take out the battery which has been charged in the PCC and put the dead battery in to charge it. That way even on the go you can rotate batteries and always have a fully charged battery to vape on.

There is a light that turns red when you plug it into the computer or adapter to show it is charging. When it is fully charged the light turns green. The other light turns red when you put an uncharged battery in. It turns off then blinks periodically when the battery is fully charged.

Oh my. I had this thing ALL wrong. LOL. I didn't realize that you charged the PCC itself that would then charge batteries without needing to be plugged in. Thanks for all the help! :)

Forgot to ask --since I can't use my PT on my laptop, will it be strong enough to charge the PCC properly?

It should work, even if a bit slower. Just leave it to charge over night and it should be good to go in the morning for sure!

If it is like my laptop, you will have to leave it on, or the USB will lose power and won't charge it.

You might want to order one of those USB adapters that Gazoo posted about, it plugs into the wall, and is strong enough to power even the passthrough - it is less then $4 including the shipping - such a deal! ;)

Will the 510 wall plug converter work for this pcc?

The "standard" 510 wall adapter puts out 500mA (half an Amp) and it appears to work just fine for charging the VK PCC.

If you look through the box/drawer for all the stuff that came with your iPod, you might fine an equivalent unit there too...

Thanks for the answers. Does anyone have a link or know where to get a car adaptor? I need the easiest way to charge/carry all this stuff when I get it. I'm 54 and am not electronic smart, lol.

Steve has ones now that will charge, but it doesn't have enough current to power the passthrough. However next week he will be getting the new ones in that will power the passthrough.
