im actually vaping a cream soda 70pg/30vg 12mg from mt baker on a 1.8 stardust with a 650 mah ego battery and i cant handle a puff to the cutoff. the TH is sick. great vanilla flavor too.

Off topic that juice sounds really good. Love me some cream soda

I've always vaped out of CE5's and I had plenty of TH to start with so I can rule the clearos out IMO. I bought 6 bottles of juice. All 80pg/20VG 24mg. Last night I went through the PITA process of sampling all my juices with clearos. I have an ultrasonic cleaner so its not that bad. Fill, vape, pour back in the bottle, clean in the UC, dry, use new dry wick, fill with new juice,vape. This is what I found.
Delicious apple, 1extra shot: very little flavor and vape production, zero TH. rated 5 starts on the MBV site
Red liquorice, one extra shot: fair flavor, good vapor, zero TH
Strawberry one extra shot: great flavor, vapor and fair TH. very happy with this one. Great vape and I found a little TH.
pistachio one extra shot: very good. Fair TH. not quite enough but passable is I have a clean palate.
Blueberry extra shot: oh I was so disappointed. I love blueberry. This had 5 stars. Little flavor, zero TH, little vapor.
All variables have all but been elimated. Very clean and almost new equipment. All mixtures are the same. The only real difference in these things are the TH and flavor. I will say in there defense that they came in the mail yesterday. I steeped them in my UC for about 15 min first. I will report back in a week or so. In the mean time I found enough TH in strawberry to get me by.

On a side note. Does adding a drop of vodka to add TH work and does it change the taste or smell at all?

Wow, why not buy a $6.00 atomizer and drip for testing new juices?
This would eliminate any problem caused by your clearos.

also ce5s are not made for a good TH the have the thicker wicking and dual coil to provide a smoother hit. i prefer them for good flavor especially on my ItasteMVP but tank/cartos on HV will provide you with proper TH

I was given a smoktech dual coil LR 5mil carto today. I filled it with a 18mg ry4 that was giving me no TH. it's definitely better on the TH. This is the first carto I've used since getting away from the Blu and I like it. It's huge though. A little bigger than I like. It seems like there would be lots of waste when I get to the end of the bottle. It holds 5mil and that's great when I can keep it topped off but when I'm out of RY4 there's no way I will be able to vape it completely dry. It has so much filler it probably starts vaping dry when it's down to 1-2 mil. Is this correct? Like I said I have no experience with cartos but thinking logically that's the impression I get. Anyone with more experience have a different answer? I hate to waste juice. I guess I could spin the remaining juice out (PITA) or top it off with another tobacco flavor.

I don't follow fanboy. Maybe my lingo is off? My CE5 only has one coil. It's a rebuildable CE4 that takes a head very similar to the vivi nova.
I am starting to learn the CE5 is not the best for TH though. It worked great for TH in the beginning but that has faded. I guess my throat has gotten use to the vapor and developed a tolerance to TH.

I've had my new juice for two days now and they are getting better. They were good before but didn't give me the flavor or TH I wanted. As they steep they seem to get stronger and the flavors more intense. All the flavors and dead on. The pistachio was not quite right at first but today it's much more nutty. The blueberry is still weak on flavor though. It has one extra shot so that surprises me. All the site reviews say its got lots of flavor with an extra shot so I suspect its me not the juice. 1 month and 26 days off analogs and my taste buds are still not really qualified to taste test. The grape I just tried yesterday and its awesome. The only thing giving me a TH is the strawberry and red apple and even then its mild. I'll give them another few days and see what I have. I think the key is to buy more juice now and not touch it till this batch is gone. To have enough juice throw the new order in a drawer and not dig it out for a few weeks.

just found out there are some different mods of ce5s the ones im familiar with are dual coil and dual wicked some vendors offer different verisions i guess sorry for the confusion!

I'm going to buy a different delivery system as soon as I decide what. I don't necessarily believe I lost my TH because of the CE5 but the ones I bought were knock offs and they are falling apart. I was new to vaping when I bought them and didnt realize there were even knock offs out. The glue on all of mine are failing. Everywhere metal is glued to plastic is coming apart. Threads on drip tips slide off, top and bottom rings are coming off, etc. I've been super gluing them back on as I go but dam what a prices of crap. All 5 of them suck. Plus my Vision replacement heads don't quite work right on them. Junk I tell ya. I'm going to buy two vision CE5's but I'm going to try some other tanks. Like I said, I'm new to vaping and while I like the CE5 I may find something I like better.ill look at the suggestion from all of you.

I went totally e-cig in November 1012 .Even today I go o I got th no gone, o got flavor no gone.
So taste buds are still moving around.
I started dripping last week and have to say it seems more consistent with th and flavor, suggest try dripping and hang in there.

you can safely do around 4.0-4.4 volts on a 2.4 ohm clearo. I am using a kanger mt3 on a lavatube at the moment and it is on 4.3 volts. A lot of it depends on the flavor of the juice. You should adjust the voltage until you find the flavor you want while staying within the safe limits of your coils. Obviously popping a coil is a bad thing which we do not want to do. I have used 2.4ohm vision/stardust types and still do to this day. Some of them are nearly a month old. I rinse and dry burn them weekly or when changing flavors. I actually use my ego twist more than my lavatube, but both perform very well with a kanger on them. One note on kangers take and let a drop or two of superglue dry over one of the holes at the bottom. Seems to help tighten up the draw.

I received some vape mail today and pulled out an old juice i didnt care much for. In the mail was my new all day vape, HHV heavenly tobacco. 70pg/30vg @ 24mg. Decent TH and a flavor I love love love. I pulled out my MBV red apple. Its nice and steeped now and the juice has turned a light green. The flavor is much improved and the TH is now decent. Now im really loving red apple. After paying close attention to TH over the last 10 days or so ive come to the conclusion its me not the juice or the delivery system. The TH comes and goes and the only thing changing is me. The juice and device basically stays the same from one day to the next. Switching juice, drinking something cold, eating and sleeping all make my TH return. I did decide to try some new delivery systems. I bought some CE3's, a kanger t2 and a kanger t3 from vapers choice last night. Cant wait till they arrive!
