Yea I agree on the health thing! And thats what I said when I bought that first cheap way overpriced mall kiosk kit.... I told myself "well I at least have to make this thing pay for itself in reduced analog cost" and "Im not gonna replace it untill after I recover the cost via saved analog money" but three days later I ordered my Riva kit from LF so now I will say "someday it will catch up (please)" as I order a helluva lot more ejuice... why?... because its on sale of course!

My husband was saving in the first 2 weeks. It will take me a year if I don't buy another thing from this point on.

I thought I had half my problem solved when I started DIYing and found REOs, but now I am hooked on buying flavorings, and I still can't stop myself from all these juice sales this weekend. I even justified the Honeyville sale because they use 6 ml bottles that fit on the REO grand

I figure my cigs were $6.50 a pack. I smoked 8 to 9 packs a week. Thats $52 to $58.50 a week. That's $208 to $234 a month. As long as I try to spend less then that I'm doing ok. I used to reset my siganture everytime I bought something to keep it accurate but have been lazy lately. :)

btw How could anyone pass up the Honeyville sale. 5ml for $0.39, you can't even buy the empty bottles for that price. I bought 2 of each. :)

Although the ECF warned me, I did have hopes that my vaping adventure would 'save' me some bucks early on. Well, as usual, the ECF was right...

At this point, I'm pretty well satisfied with my purchases and experimentation. So, I'm guessing that I'll 'break even', cig savings wise, in about three more months. But, time will tell. It really doesn't matter in that I'm off cigs and thoroughly enjoying vaping with all the flavors and techniques.

It took me about 6 months to figure out what setup worked the best for me but every once in awhile if something new catches my eye, and it's on sale, I have to get one or five. Our health is priceless like I said. Now I have hubby vaping, we go through stuff alot faster.

I love sales!

Ditto.

Yea ditto on the honeyville thing.... I got one of damn near everything and even two of a few things.... got like 110ml shipped for the price of 10ml regular.... even if I threw 3/4 out I am still not that bad off.

Let their juices steep for a couple of weeks. It will make a huge difference.

I haven't saved a dime and I'm loving it....LOL..

... that the amount of money in the banner below actually ends up being more than the amount I have spent on vaping! I suspect that I have several months yet of dissapointment untill the newness wears off and I just NEED a little regular supply of several juices. }:)>

Completly understand. I was shelling out about 300 a month for analogs and since I've started vaping (30MAY) I've dropped close to 450. Though I have a Joye 510 manual kit, 3.7v box mod, 5v box mod and tons of juice, atomizers and cartomizers. Not to mention the necessities like AW IMR 14500 & 18650's plus a multimeter and chargers.

I think I have everything I'm gonna need except a nice tank mod. Should be smooth sailing from here unless I get the itch for another mod :)

I am trying to keep myself from buying a mod until I am sure what I want... gonna get a 5V PT to try out 5V.... maybe a cheap 3.7 mod but Im not sure about that, how much different could it be from my 3.7 Riva 510 SE? So I lean toward the provari but I am hesitant at this time to drop a coupla hunnerd on it until my analog savings catch up to my vape spending }:)>

I wouldn't have believed that steeping made that much of a difference until it actually happened to me the other day with a juice from BlueMistVaping.
I was stunned at the difference.
I'm a believer now, but wouldn't have believed it had it not happened right under me own nose.

Thanks for the heads up on Honeyville, will toss them aside for the time being.

Actually, since I'm not buying anything further for a few months, I'll put them aside as a 'future gift' to myself. :)

Can I just leave them in the box they come in or do I need to open them up and introduce some air to the juice?

Well, I came into this thread to commiserate on playing financial catch-up and ended up spending more money. As a total newb, I had to google honeyville when you guys mentioned it. Now, I've got 1 of everything and 2 - 5 of the ones I'm pretty sure I'll like (45 5ml bottles total) headed this way. :?:

I guess you could say I'm a sucker for a sale, too, but how else am I supposed to find out what I like best, right? At least it only cost what 4 packs of analogs would have 'back in the day' (a month ago)! :p

Also, I can now ride my bicycle and run faster and farther than before, can be more frenetic on stage, and will likely now be able to do it all for many more years! That's what really matters, right? :D

I don't open mine...I just wait patiently. If a juice has a chemical taste to it, I will open it and leave it sit for 24 hours then retry it.

I just went to their site and all their juice is $10.39. Where do you guys see 39 cents. Is there a coupon code somewhere?

I've already saved in. Saved a bunch at first then bought a couple mods. On the other hand I was spending bout 250 a month on analogs and have only spent about 250 to get started and a couple months worth supplies.

Bought a Provape and a GGTB so far the provape with non high drain batteries has worked great but I am less then impressed with the battery life waiting on some AW High drain batteries to try it out. The GGTB will probably end up being my every day vaper. But shipping from the UK is slow. And the classifieds here seem to be the way to go for mods. Although I can honestly say if the mods I want were available I would easily have surpassed my analog budget by now. Would love to get my hands on a GGTS and either a UFS or iAtty (Not sure which yet)
