real bad luck mate but seems a bad battery if the charger is working and has charged from red and turned green. it should still light with no tank on it. id keep pressing for a while and hope to see it light but probably best to get a new kit and as you said one with two batterys. worst timeing too as well while being away too but best of luck anyways

Could you have accidently pushed the center pin too far down to make contact. Worth a shot like stizzle was saying.

I did watch the video and this is exactly what i'm going to try now i've got nothing to loose anyway either that and it works either i get new one

Edit : just did exact thing in video but nothing guess really really bad luck i'm going to get new one and check with the owner of the shop what could caus this problem i mean i can't be the only one in the world right

Haha very true! You should look at the iTaste VV V3. I love mine as it came highly recommended. I am new to vaping still but a little over 3 weeks in, and I have not been disappointed. Also having a back up is a must, as you are learning unfortunately. Good luck!
