I followed youfillintheblank's wiring schmetic from this post and made my own 901 batery pack. This was my first soldering project so i'm pretty happy with myself:rolleyes: It works great Nice throat hit and a boat load of vapor.the only thing I noticed was a bit of a off tase kind of like something was melting i'm use 3 standard aaa bats could this be heating the atomizer to much?
Ok i'm off to make another one for my husband before he gets jelous of my fog macheine:D

You go girl! You are my new hero

was it hard to do? I have never used one of those things either and I would be scared to death!

thanks:D:D it wasn't very hard to learn the only thing is trying to hold three parts at the same time and use the soldering gun too. I was very nervous at first but quickly got over it when i fired up my very own 901 fogger

Justus--did you plug the hole from the battery thread you used on the inside of the battery box? Not only will you get a better hit, you will not be sucking in the air in the box that holds the soildering points. That air in the box can taste kind of nasty. Some plain calking is good to use---Sun

Justus. Just a thought when you are using a mod I find that with the better power source it uses up liquid a little quicker. Make sure you keep your cart full.
A helpful tool for holding things while soldering is from harbor freight called helping hands heres a link.
- Harbor Freight Tools - Quality Tools at the Lowest Prices

I know Ripley uses hers A LOT. And it was cheap.
