I smokes my last cig that I had yesterday morning. I used Pure cig all yesterday and this morning as well. No cravings at all. Thank you David, you really did it for me! I have tried so many flavors from every vendor and this is the one. I do fine with my sweet flavors during the day but in the morning and at nigt I had to have a real cig. Well tomorrow is my bday and I am going out. The true test. My goal no cigs while drinking.

That is such a good feeling to be cig free! I bet that if you just make your mind up that you will vape and not smoke while drinking it will be so. The nice bonus will be that you won't wake up the next morning with that ashtray mouth and hacking cough.

I quit drinking soon after quitting smoking (my quitting phase) but I did notice, the few times that I vaped and drank, is that it was good to take an extra bottle of somewhat higher mg nic juice with you (for example, if you vape 18mg take 24mg) or a nic spiked carto. When you get a buzz going and start to think analog, reach for that higher nic bottle and get your fix. Just a thought, but worked for me....good luck!!

Surprising enough, it was on my birthday, out drinking and playing pool, that I woke up the following morning and realized that I hadn't smoked at all. Granted, I am back to 2-3 a day generally, but what can ya do. I think just being kept occupied throughout the night was what made me not smoke. I just didn't have time to think about it really.

salem's right about the ashtray mouth and coughing. After you are away from cigarettes for a short while both of these things will seem pretty astounding to you.
