I just bought the E health brand cig today, and it worked fine until i would charge it fully and then would hit it a few times smoke would come out then i would go to hit it again and none will come out, i dont understand your technical guide im kind of a noob, im trying to make it work, please help me! i pull my filter off and some little pointy weird thing is there and i take the white part of and i guess thats an atomizer? i have no clue, please help!

Do some searching on the new members forum. You should find a break down of the parts to an ecig. Find out how long the warrenty is good for that will help if you need to return it or exchange parts.
