Yeah I played guitar but I had a stroke about a month ago and I have no control of my fine motor skills in my right hand. I'm going to therapy now to try and regain them again. Music scene out here is pretty good. I'm hoping I can get back into it.

Now that I caught you talking guitars, and this thread will probably close soon, I've been wanting to ask. Is that an RG471? I have a 98 rg570 and a 760 with an 87 550 maple neck. Hope you get your hand sorted out and get back on it.

Yes it is a 471 good eye! Ash body rosewood on top of maple for the neck. Plays great! Thanks!

That's actually on my want list, or a 1421. Trems aren't serving me any purpose these days.
Trems just take away from the tone is what I've found. I love me a good locking set up, but for the most part I use a non trem axe.
ill never ditch the floyd... i have one on each of my guitars. my baby is my kvxmg snow white king v with a ton of custom work done to it <3
If I could just learn to shred, I'd put them to good use, lol. I made a big mistake and ignored solos when they became uncool in the 90's, started drop d and c then I took a long hiatus. I'm back to speed alt picking scales to a metronome again, so hopefully I'll catch back up, soon.
