I've been making my own E juices for about 3 years now and have in my opinion just don't steep juices,Till recently I tried it and found it just mellows everything out and kills the bold flavoring I get when I vape it fresh.I think I make one recipe that taste good the next day but on the 3rd day its beat,Don't know if anyone else agrees but this is my opinion.

What flavor profile do you prefer. You can't do "shake and vape" with custards or creams all too well IMO.

I make a juice (Vanilla Custard Capella 5% and Coconut Capella 5%) which to me taste good right off the bat its delicious,Very bold. Which actually might taste good days after but I always vape it quick,But it needs no steeping.Granite it is not a complex recipe.

I Don't like Steeping My Juice

No biggie , if you don't like it you don't have to do it . Steeping is very important to most people and i don't know a single person that likes to wait out the steeping process.

It is proven to bring e juices together so they can reach their maximum potential though. If you don't like it and your juices get worse when steeping the solution would be to vape right away which your doing , where is the problem here?

Some recipes don't require steeping and others like tobaccos, NET's and deserts benefit from steeping. It all depends on what your making.

The main difference I see in our juice is you use 5% for the base flavor. I use at least 10% for my base flavor and then add flavors to that at 3-7% for accents. Maybe using such low percentages to begin with are allowing the flavors to mute as the steeping process happens? For grins, I would try using 10% of those flavors for a 20% total flavoring mix. 20% flavoring is my target when mixing.

You've got to be careful there as adding to much flavor can mute taste just like not adding enough. Some flavorings such as hangsen and inawera are more forgivging of over flavoring where others such as TFA are not. There's a sweet spot you need to find and finding that sweet spot for each individual flavor is a challange in itself.

You are correct. Your base flavor should be the dominent flavor using more of a percentage then the accent flavors so your approch to combining is sound. As far as a target of 20% that does not always work as some flavorings are more concentrated than others and that also is a big concideration when figuring percentages. The only way you'll find out what's right is to mix individual flavors and sample them individually. This will give you a baseline starting point when combining.
