Ok SO we were at Mudfest today and I had my BRAND new ecig 510 with Manual switch tucked into my bra (safe and sound) or so I thought.. when we went to the fountain to clean up (pure well water!! YUCK!!!!!!!) I bent over to clean my arms and I felt it drop and it landed in the nasty "but clear" pure well water.. at least it didnt get dropped in mud!

Ok, so that is a pretty good story, but some of us know what really goes on at a Mudfest. Go ahead and admit it----you were flashin someone8-o

Vodka. Top shelf (Less taste & smell)
It's well worth the sacrifice of the booze.
Put a bit in a small bowl. Use a syringe, meat flavor injector thingy (or even turkey baster if you don't have anything else) and squirt the vodka into the side coils of the atomizer from the bridge (not battery) side.

Squirt lots of times, spend a good 2 minutes doing it.

Do not rinse with water. The vodka evaporates faster.

Blow gently into the battery side. Set battery side up on a tissue overnight.

Prime WELL with juice.

Viola. Clean and tastes great.

I know I can clean the atty.. but I am still a little concerned about the well water (sulfer) yucky smell.. hopefully I dont taste this!

LOL... hahah my husband was right there with me.. and so were the kids.. if they weren't.. would f thought about it. I couldnt believe some of thegirls out there flashin and in bikini's .. umm have some self perservation (typo I am sorry) please!!@! everytime I heard a commotion I diverted the kids attention.. to some stupid speck of dirt on the quad (IT worked) they caught nothing.. they did however get beads for dancing =)
I wish this were the reason I dropped.. I would ave thought it wothy.. but no!! hahahha

I went and tried the rice therapy.. GUESS WHAT!
It WORKED.. YAY!! wheeew..lol
After hearing about the rice, after I clean my atty's I now place on paper towel for a few minutes then move them into a rice tupperware to finish draining for the night!
This gives a whole new meaning to "Rice Bowl!"

Glad to hear that it survived I thought that it would since I took mine right out of the dryer and it worked fine The washer and dryer didn't seem to have any effect on it...

Dont use a hairdryer. Heating up the battery is a bad idea.

Take it apart and place it in a jar or cup filled with dry white rice. Rice attracts water molecules like nothing else. let it sit there for 48 hours. If that doesn't dry it out, nothing will.

Could you use a packet of Silica Gel (food grade of course)? Although the white rice would probably be easier to get and cheaper
