:toast::toast:YAY Bluebelle!!!! I remember reading alot of your posts when I 1st started on here and vaping about 3 months ago. You were so discouraged. I was feeling your pain because I was still smoking 1 or 2 analogs a day for the 1st month and didn't know if I could give those up. I did give them up and I'm so happy for you! Congrats and keep it up, you're on it now- Woot Woot!!

Bluebelle, your excitement about letting go of the analogs is contagious. I got excited with you as I read it. Our stories are similar... I smoked a little longer (39 yrs) but I had the same gradual success. And when I made it through that first 24 hours without threatening myself or others any bodily harm, it was such a feeling of, at long last, freedom! A freedom I had given up hope of ever seeing.

Your banner looks mahvelous. In another 12 hours, it will say "3 days since my last cigarette."

:vapor:Big Time Congratulations:vapor:

I didn't think vaping was going to work for me at first, but after
a while..... no more analogs!! It actually works, no one was more
suprised than me.

What's worked for me for the "first in the morning" smoke is to
eliminate the time. Used to lay in be and smoke 3 before I got up,
now I force (GROAN) myself to get up, brush my teeth (no coughing)
and jump in the shower immediately. Then, once I'm dressed, having
coffee, a nice relaxing vape.
