I enjoy 24mg so much better than 18 and 12

No, it's not. Use whatever works to keep you tobacco free. Many of us started at 36mg before going to a lower level. vaping is not nearly as efficient in getting nicotine into your system as smoking is.

For many, when you transition to a variable watt APV that allows you to adjust the warmth of the vapor, they find it easier to use a lower nic level e-liquid. But there is no issue with using 24mg eliquid if it is not giving you any unwanted side effects. Your body will tell you if you are getting too much nicotine way before it would be a serious issue.

And just in case someone comes along and gives you some inaccurate information, nicotine provides 90%+ of the throat hit in e-liquid. PG allows more of the throat hit to come through and VG mutes it to a small degree. PG by itself provides no throat hit.

Good info - I started with 18 mg myself, and quit Feb 15 altogether. as pack a day Camel Filters smoker for over 15 years. As I got into vaping more and started using RBA and such, I use between 6-12 mg NIC only now. I couldn't imagine vaping 24 mg NIC in an RBA yikes !!

Because of the warmth/volume, RBA's allow most to lower their nic levels and still get the TH they need.

As I see it, we vape whatever milligrams makes us happy. We are not smoking. That is all that counts. I was a hardcore, 4 pack a day, 42 year, Marlboro Red smoker. I started with 36mg. 1 year, 7 months, and 18 days later, I am down to 6mg. I lowered along the way, when it felt right. But, if I was still at 36mg, I would be good with that. My lungs are happier, no matter what milligrams I am vaping. :)

I used the 24mg JC's Tundra menthol when I used the blu type devices but when i crossed over to the tank setup like the kayfun i could no longer handle the 24mg without the side effects of getting sick. I soon dropped the 24mg and went down to 12mg and more flavorful tastes other than the menthols . Now I love the longer vaping sessions without the side effects..and enjoy the flavor a lot more..
