I woke up this morning and I didn't have 10 minutes of coughing to start my day, I walked to the tram and could feel the difference in my chest; big, easy breaths all the way. I'm drinking a nice coffee now and I can taste it.

My pockets aren't full of tobacco and filters, I just have one device which I unplug in the morning and bring with me.

Yesterday I was feeling pretty crappy but I've had that feeling before when changing brands (almost like flu).

And most importantly my fiance still wants to get married as I'm not a grumpy man suffering nicotine withdrawal who bites her head off.

Future looks good!

Thanks all, going for a few drinks tonight but I feel confident with my Subox at the ready, got it fully charged and extra juice just in case.
Sure do wish I had something like a Subox when I first started!!

Times sure have changed in 10 months.

Congrats man!

I dunno if it will help you, but remembering all of those positives, even the little things, helped me when I got the urge to smoke.

About 3 weeks in I came down with flu-like symptoms that I attribute to withdrawal from the other 19,999 chemicals in cigarettes.

It didnt last long though.

The positives will continue to come more and more frequently.

Increased blood flow, sense of smell and taste coming back, colds being over quicker, deep clear breaths etc.
