I bought two bottles of Juicy Peach, one of 0mg and one of 26mg, Both are VG. I also have a mixing bottle. What ratio do I mix to get near 12mg??

Mix 1:1 ... 1 part 26mg, 1 part 0mg ... will give you 13mg niquid.

When you mix 1:1 (x mg to 0 mg), your cutting strength by half (x/2).

I would go 50/50 on the mix. That will get you to 13mg, by the time you put in the flavoring - you're pretty much at 12mg. Hope that helps.

Oops, didn't notice that you already had the mix at 0 nic. 50/50 mix will give you 13mg.

you can cut it with pg and/or vg, but it will also dilute the flavor. best bet is to get some 0nic enligsh toffee then go 50/50 so you cut the nic but not the flavor.
