Okay, yes I'm new to vaping, I was stupid, my husband got me a T-PRIV smok brand, I wanted to see what type of batteries it took since charging it is taking SO long, and without turning the dang thing off I popped the battery's out and looked at them, well guess what now people? It won't turn back on. I've tried the 5 Clicks in 2 Seconds and that won't work. My husband had it before me so I DON'T KNOW if he changed how to turn it off or on. So I'm SO lost, can ANYONE help me out? Thanks guys!!

Yes. I put them in the same way!
There should be markings for which end wants to be positive or negative. Might be worth checking. The reason I say this is pulling the battery shouldn’t have killed your mod. Neither should putting them in backwards, since most mods have reverse polarity protection. It would make the mod not work though. It’s possible it’s just out of battery though. Do you have a charger to charge the battery with?

Yes, and I was charging it when I took the battery's out. It was at like 54 and 51 before I pulled them out.
Ok I have never pulled batts out while charging by cable, I suppose that could have unforseen results. Get an external charger and put batteries on that. If they charge the batteries are ok, then if they don't work in mod, the problem is with the mod. If it is not working I recommend do not continue trying to charge by cable.
Anybody reading this : buy an external charger for your 18650 batteries, please.........

How To Correctly Install The Batteries In The T-Priv: Before installing batteries into the SMOK T-Priv, you will first want to make sure that the batteries you are using are of the same type and brand. First slide and open the battery cover, then place the batteries into the device according to the directions provided on the battery warning card that came included with the T-Priv Mod. If you don’t have the battery warning card, look on the battery cover latch and you will see a “+”
and “-” symbol. The negative – symbol means the battery should be inserted with the flatted part upwards. The positive + symbol means the battery should be inserted with the open part/head of the battery upwards. Don’t worry, the device won’t fire and will not mess up if you install the batteries incorrectly (thanks to reverse polarity protection

I know this is probably redundant but just to double check.

No. I don't, and I don't have a battery charger either. But when it stopped working it was already charging, just slow. The battery was at like 54 and 51
Sorry, I am kinda out of ideas. The motto around here is to have back ups for your backups lol. Do you have another device to vape while you wait for hubby to wake up? Does he vape?

Batteries do take a few hours to charge even on an external charger. So charging internally probably takes longer. I am assuming that the 54 and 51 you refered to was the % of the battery charged? Yes?

If when hubby wakes up and he can't figure it out either, go out and get another set of batteries tomorrow, and a charger. If he does figure it out, still get new bats and charger. Totally worth it for convenience and safety. When you get another set, keep them together, "married" is the term, new separate from old. They will last longer and charge better that way. And it's so much nicer to just swap out batteries instead of waiting to charge on a cord. You should really only charge by cord in a pinch.

He just started, and yes I do have another Vape that's smaller. I just really wish I knew what the heck I did to piss this one off so much he stopped working!!
Is the mod new? Did you buy online or a in a vape shop? Either case a lot of vendors/vape shops have a warranty period. Send an email to where you purchased it or visit the shop to see if you can exchange. Like everything else, some things can be defected.

Alright, I'lI do that. I have a Vape shop right down the street. I just hope they don't cost too much!
Look for LG HG2, SONY VTC5A, SAMSUNG 25R batteries, there are some other good ones but these are common and some of the best. Good luck and don't stress.
