Hi all I haven't been around for awhile on ECF I'm sorry
Anywho after running out of my BVC's for my naut mini and feeling too cheep to buy some more. I decided to break out my Protank 2 mini and get out my 28 gauge wire and cotton, and my tiny screw driver. Wrapping I think 11 wraps and then heating the coild up will a lighter till red, squeezing to press together, put the coil back together and alittle bit of cotton ball. I was able to successfully make a 1.5ohm coil.
Now I don't know why I didn't take the time to sit down and really fiddle around with rebuilding. Even on an outdated tank. I love the fact that I can quickly change out the cotton and a quick dry burn and the coil is back to looking like the day I made it ( 3 days ago) Yes, I am changing my cotton everyday. maybe a bit excessive but I may be a bit ocd when it comes to a clean coil...lol
I've been vaping now for almost a year, (vapeaversary is in April) I feel as though I wasted a bit of money on buying replacement coils, and different tanks.
I have tried 32 gauge wire builds but I really like using the 28gauge.
So I want to say to all the new vapers who want to try to rebuild a coil. It really isn't as hard as it may seem. Just take your time and you will get it.
