So I made an order last night...

and as usual, when I wake up in the morning, THERE IS A HUGE SALE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every friggin time man I swear. Literally the day after I order, there is a sale that could have saved me a ton.

You guys at V4L seem to have my account on a buzzer. Once I make an order, you pop out a super sale. Maybe I should just post on the forum when I order that way you guys can get a heads up on family sales.

OMG that is too funny! I had to pause it halfway through to visit the bathroom because I thought I was going to LTIPM (laugh till I peed myself). There was already 1 puddle (tears) below me... didn't need another. Having worked in customer service, this could happen anywhere. I think I may have talked to that same guy before ---- Still laughing...

I know I have talked to this guy. He tried to use a drill in his filled swimming pool.

I've noticed that if you sign up to get email notifications from them, you will get notified of special discounts (seems like I get them more than once a week), but the best discounts seem to be the ones offered at the end of the month - i.e., I got an email today notifying me of a 32% off everything, no minimum order. The discount offers you get this way only last for a couple days, so you gotta act right away.

Same here Cat_in_the _Playground. Been in Customer Service a looooong time!I have to watch that video at least once a day. (and say that to Wade at least once a day too! "You have baad customer service, I am going to start a thread on ECF")

The customer service is horrible. Last night I went to order juice and they don't keep an updated website. So I started a thread here on ECF stating the problem at 1:30am and it took vapo4life more than 5 minutes to correct the problem.

Then they screw me out of a sale because they didn't let me know about the sale a month in advance. They don't even plan them. 15% off code is a joke. They should be paying me for all the business I give them. I got my mom vaping and she told like 6 people at her office. What a scam.

Unbelievable... they don't even have 1 mall kiosk. Smoking Everywhere has kiosks in every mall. I'm going to them from now on.
