You have to have 5 posts (replys count) and then wait until the server updates at :25 past the hour. Once this happens you will be able to start threads and post in other sections.
If you need help in getting in your 5 posts, just go out and welcome some other new members or post in another thread that interests you here in the "New Member" Forum.
You will need to have a minimum of 20 posts before you can apply to get verified. Here is a link to get you started: How to Become a Verified Member

No five posts will do. No need to make new threads. Drop by the other intro threads in New Members and say hello. Get up to 5 posts and wait until 25 past the hour for the server to reset and upgrade you to full member.
You will find the verification link down next to the classified section, but I think you need 20 posts to get to it. Having a PayPal account will make things fairly quick, but it can be done without. I think they only do verifications once a week.
