I recently recieved 3 clones, a galileo clone a bolt clone and a M16 clone... And now i wouæd expect to be happy... but NO!.... Im already eyeing a new mech mod and a new dripper!... And my reason?... There aint one, this whole vape thing has just become an obsession to me, i enjoy the whole big clouds of tasty happiness far to much!... And when im not stalking fasttech wich has become part of my daily morning rutine with my coffee and breakfast with my daugther, im in here drooling at you guys beautiful highly polished mods with carto tanks on them, so of course i have ordered a cartotank as well as some other stuff

I need someguidance!

How do you get your mods so shiny and pretty?

And what kind of mod stand would you think is better
A homemade wooden one or one or two of the acrylic ones from fasttech?

Either/or.... I saw the Acrylic from FT yesterday. It will fit SVD's. Vamo's ProVari's etc, but some Mechs wont fit due to the wider bottom base on some.

I like to take a torch to my Mech Mods....it discolors them and makes some of them pretty nice looking....like on a chromed one.

Maybe on a Copper or Brass one I would bury it in the ground for a week and see what happens... "The patina look"

I cant really figure out if youre serious with the bury the mod comment...
I know stuff would happen to it... But doing that seems a little extreme to me... Why dont you just dab it with vinegar or salt water and place it in a humid place for a couple days?

To be honest, I got bitten bad. I spent 350 bucks in about 4 months on all these shiny... pretty... crazy awesome things! Though, I wish I could go back in time and start over. I bought an MVP2 about 3 days ago, and nothing else has left my vape shelf. I'd like to trade in my 350 bucks and buy some really expensive mods, because as it stands, I've got a TON of stuff that just isn't that great in comparison.

Now that I've gone to an MVP, I know I'll never buy a battery under 50 bucks again.. I guess I've hit that "tier" of vaping.

yea it happens in the beginning, then suddenly you either admire a shelf full of toys or you start thinking, "i am never going to use 90% of this stuff" do I really need another xx or yy?
after almost a year of going nuts thats what happened to me and I sold almost all of it except for some favorites, i constantly see things i want, but i know im wasting money for nothing and i stop myself.

I am in the same boat as you. I keep ordering stuff, and don't know why!! I have a hybrid and a full mechanical on the way, but have already decided that I will be "needing" an iTaste SVD in the very near future, since I enjoy my MVP V2 so much. I justify my purchases by telling myself that these devices will be future valuable antiques, so I am just collecting them for my childrens financial well being later down the road. Now, what good parent wouldn't see this as an opportunity to help secure a financially rewarding future for their children?!?!?! It's just the right thing to do :D

I know what you mean... In 50 years when they have outlawed nicotine use, the black market will be paying good for these beauties... High end mod owners will become rich...

I realize this wasn't one of the options you mentioned, but Jwraps has a pretty wide variety of stands that I think look awesome! I'm hoping there is one under the tree for me! :D

Yes, but if it's not a Provari, it may not work afterwards...:)

I used to be mod crazy... owned many in a short time. But now I've stuck with two models: my Galileo (by Yasu, not Smok), and my Titan/Cronus by VHO. I own several aluminum Galileo's and a few stainless ones. My Titan and Cronus are my "intense" vapes, as I've found nothing that hits as hard as them. But as an all day, every day device, I've settled on my stainless Galileo #97.

Now I'm more atomizer crazy, and truthfully, I find it more satisfying than being mod crazy. All mods pretty much work the same way (some do work better, and some have more features) but for them most part, I find them to be the boring aspect of a vape setup. The atomizer is where the real fun is, and I don't feel as guilty owning a large collection of rebuildables as I would a large collection of mods.
