UMMMM yeah... I got a pretty sick headrush right off the bat.

Great "vapor" as much as an analog almost.

The carts are kinda weird thou tbh, liioks like pillow fluff inside it, is this something we can buy from some kinda fabric store?

What's it made of?

My first shot I got a touch of juice in my mouth. Is this from overfill of did i hit it 2 hard?

Oh ya I bought it from Jack @ Happy Vapor and I thought I was going to have to charge it but he pre charged the inital 8 hrs for me already :)

AWESOME Jack thanks.

so 20 mins use of each and back on charger for an hour....

I don't wanna put it back on the charger thou!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Throat hit actually made me cough my ... off, and I smoke pretty heavily 1 1/2 packs a day.

Also when carrying the e-cig around say in my pocket, should the cart be facing opposite of the atty?
Horizontal or vertical? Thought i read somewhere to make sure it's hirizontal always.

Soory for all the questions but I will do my share once im not new and a new vaping newbie comes along :)

About the original cartridge filler, I don't know what it's made of, I just know that it doesn't work well to wick the juice to the atty.
There's a lot of mods in the forum, maybe you should take a look at it, I actually use PTB (pyramid tea bag) mod and it works pretty great.
For the juice in your mouth, yes maybe you put to much liquid in the cart or you hit it 2 hard. When you fill your cartridge, if some liquid pools at the top of it use a towel to remove the excess.
I think it's better to disassemble your ecig when youre not using it to prevent from floody the atty. You still can put it in your pocket (horizontally) but try not to put the battery down first because you might flood your atty and it could leak in your pocket. Also make sure you won't accidentally hit the button (if you have a manual battery, which I assume you do) because if you do you might break your atty.

I'm still new to ecig too so I still have a lot to learn but that's what I can tell you so far.

Welcome in the beautiful world of vaping!

I think it is the same sort of poly fibre that they stuff pillows with. I have tried a few different cart mods myself as I am not crazy about the wicking properties of the stuff that comes in them.

Jack taught me the direct drip method at the get together the other night. I find the flavour is much cleaner and have not flooded the atty or got juice in my mouth using it. Though it is hard to do when out and about and definately not recommended while driving.

I found the first day or so I was sucking too hard and that was giving me a bit of a head rush. I was always a pretty fast smoker. Takes a little practice to get the long slow draws down.

Did ne1 feel a little odds vaping the first day? Not sure how I feel, maybe a little nicotine overdose feeling? sorta like a feeling a gut sickniess?

Kinda strange, will def take some getting used to.

For the first time in my new house thou.....I have smoked(vaped)

and i dont smell like crap (as bad)...

Although I suppose I have had a few analogs today

It does take some getting use to, lol. I think everyone gets juice in their mouth the first few drags , it took me almost 3 months to perfect the "ART" of vaping but now m vaping like a mad man.

The original cart filler is polyfil and it really sucks! Take Jacks advice and get some Lipton PTB, because I know you got that e-mail from him just before your kit arrived. It makes a HUGE difference.

The nicotine buzz will settle in and you wont even notice it after awhile, keep us posted :)

the filling in the carts is 'polyfill' and, when using it 'full-length', yes, it's a PITA.

Here's what I do and it works great and couldn't be easier. Take the poly fill out. Cut it down into three pieces. Take your liquid and fill the cart. I can usually get anywhere between 10-13 drops in there. That should take you to just below the 'neck'. (Where the cart goes into the atty)

Then, take one of the little pieces of polyfill and pop it on the top there. Don't push it in, just sit it on the top, maybe about 1mm down from the edge, if you need that much. Just make sure the threads aren't going to go in the atty or you'll get that nasty 'burnt hair' taste and a harsh throat hit. Then, give the stuffing a few drops to wet it, pop it on the atty and you're off!

It DOESN'T flood the atty and it doesn't leak and no, I don't know why not.

As for taking drags off it, take a look at the thread I wrote about inhalation techniques here..

Hope it helps!!! :)
