Just got my 510

Thanks everyone who pointed me to it. I have a 901, which I'm less than pleased with due to the hard draw, and less-than-ideal vapor production.

I thought I was going to give myself a brain hemmorage trying to suck on the 901. I just got my 510 not even an hour ago. Thankfully there's enough battery power for me to hook it up and take a few puffs. Wow. What a relief! Soooo much better! I'm going to have a hard time waiting for the inital charge on these batteries!

ETA: I never did an "initial charge" on mine, just used each battery till it died and then charged it again. Is that wrong??

Glad you like it!

Try one of those "mega" batteries soon... they're more expensive but hold a usable charge for much longer than the stock ones, it's like getting 2 batteries in one.

I don't know, I have ready the li-ion batteries don't really need a full initial charge, because they don't hold a battery memory, like some types do. But the instructions say an initial 8 hr charge. So I dunno, really.

I picked my 510 kits up from Cignot, and e-mailed to ask them. Vicky told me that Joye ships the batteries fully charged and to vape away. I threw one of the spare batteries on the charger, and got the green light within two minutes, which backs up the pre-charged claim. *shrug*

The chargers stop charging once the light turns green anyway, so leaving them on after that is pointless anyway. As soon as the light turns green I take them off and use them.

Cool! I was worried about that. I should be getting my 510 from Cignot tomorrow and didn't know if I could wait till they charged before I take a couple puffs. I can't wait.
