vape mail, it's the best. Been waiting 4 days and it finally got here.
Charged the 18650s and screwed on my new Kanger Pro tank and checked the ohms 9.9, not good.
I got it used off the classifieds here. I read some topics about the center pin, raised it up some and that fixed it. Set it to RMS and 7.5 watts and boy this thing is making some vapor!!!

Check to see that the positive post on your Kanger isn't extending farther out than threads. I've found that my Kanger juice delivery devices tend have the positive posts extended too far to play nicely with PV positive posts.

The previous owner probably smushed (is there such a word?) in the positive pin. Keep an eye on it so you don't see any shorts, and don't over-tighten your atty's.
