I got the wrong battery :/

Order#41467.

I ordered everything sized for 402, and the battery I received is a 401. I personally like the size (and I'm sure I'd like the capacity as well) but the PCC I ordered with it doesn't take too kindly to it.

That's how I came to realize its the wrong one...I can't shut the lid.

So I checked out measurements...and yep, its the 401. 108mm instead of 96 fully assembled.

So, what do we do now? How do we fix this?

So let me tell you how awesome Shawn (and his team...if he's even got a team) is.

I sent basically the same message to him via the website, letting him know of the issue, and he's chosen to send the originally ordered part out ASAP and to allow me to keep the extra battery FREE of charge.

How cool?!

I'm really glad I choose this company over others for my accessories as well as my first purchase of juice.
This sort of "above and beyond" customer service has probably made me a loyal customer for life.

(Now I just have to hope for larger bottles of the High Caliber juice. I love the 70/30 blend pg/vg. I don't think I'll ever go 100% either way again.)
