Get either pyrex or quartz and you wont have that issue.

Using plastic, polypropylene or pmma on an RBA is like buying a Ferrari with a body made from cardboard.

ZAG comes with quartz by default and all authorised replacements are also quartz, which is the ones I have be getting. It's just that these glass tanks are nice to look at and nice to hold but they can't take much abuse.

I have quartz tanks cracking for no apparent reason and some are due to my own carelessness like sweeping it off the table. The SS tanks can probably withstand a nuclear apocalypse but I can't see what's inside so.... vanity got the better of me.

Ahh thanks for the explanation. Try Phiniac.com...not sure they have tubes to fit your RBA but their glass is very thick and goes through a special annealing process in a kiln which makes them tougher than fused quartz.
