Sounds like your o-ring at the top of the coil threads might be bad.

OR,

the tank has an air leak (not maintaining a vacuum)
and wicks are insufficient in sealing off cavity, which in turn
allows juice to flow straight thru wick area and out the center post hole...

just a theory

ok what is happening is your coil is not making contact with your battery center post

pull the coil out of the base, on the bottom you see the
bottom pin then the rubber insulator

stick you fingernail between those, pulling the pin out
ever so slightly - which is making coil longer...

pull too much, and the pin will pull out

now that you know what/how to do it it,
you can do same without removing coil (tweezers)

you screwed tank on to tight pushing battery or coil pin in...

Probably something along those lines.

Oh! Probably an electrical problem and not a leak then? That makes more sense, because the aerotank isn't supposed to have anywhere to leak in that 510 connection.

One other solution I've heard about is to take out the atomizer, and grind or file down the 510 threads on the base to take a milimeter off of it, so the atomizer pin will stick out a milimeter

To prevent leaking on battery, I acquired a few of these recently:

screw adapter down on the battery, and put the tank on the adapter; if the tank leaks, it leaks on the adapter, plus the adapter takes the wear and tear of unscrewing and no issue of interfering with center pin of battery from screwing and unscrewing in tanks.

Its impossible to pull the pin out from the oustide, however if I remove the coil I can push the pin from the inside out. But even then it still wont detect it. I am thinking the coil is not making contact with the pin in the tank. I wish there is a way to extend the base of the coil to make sure it making a full contact with the pin instead if having to buy more coils. Any suggestions?
