Yes LeoRex I have tried it and Serendipity. I was just trying to go cheap with Mt. Baker

Yeah... been there. I tried 555, American, Virginia, RY4, a couple of others in the hopes of finding something. No such luck. I just picked up a glass tank, so I am going to start going through MBV's other flavors, like the freckled lemonade, hawk sauce, etc.. but no tobaccos.

Not especially. I've tried 6 of them... of the ones I tried, the 555 was OK. But I don't think I would order any of them again though. A local B&M's tobacco juices were really close to both the American and the RY4 from MBV, so I figured that the B&M might have sourced their extracts from the same source. So at that point, I decided to give HHV's a shot.. .looking at the 'Juice of 2012' awards here on ECF, I noticed that HHV's tobacco flavors scored really high, so I figured I'd see what they hype was about. Legend (used to be called Gandalf) was #2 behind Boba's Bountry.. but getting ahold of that is like trying to catch a Leprechaun. :)

And after trying a couple of juices from HHV's 'Purity' line, there was such a striking difference between any of the non-NET tobaccos, that I pretty much gave up trying to find a non-NET that I liked. Both Legend and Dragon's Fire had a natural flavor and aroma that I instantly became smitten with them. I will definitely give the non-tobacco flavs from MBV a try, though.

To the original poster, as others have said before me, not all tobacco vape juice is created equal. Because you are saying it has a chemical-ish flavor after a month of steeping, I am going to go out on a whim here and say that it probably is the juice that you have and not a result of not steeping long enough. Tobacco juice does tend to take the longest, but it is one of those juices, where you really have to sift to find a good one. What brand/vendor is it from? This would help us to get some context.

Grab yourself some real tobacco juice: Electronic Cigarettes Chicago | E Cigarettes | E Cigs | Smokeless Cigarettes | eCigarette Minooka, IL

For NETs, check out GeJ's Home Brewed Line, might I suggest Wrangler Light, GJ4, or Patriot.

For Lab Made juice (clean and flavorful): High Octane

Also check out Heather's Heavenly Vapes: Custom E-Liquids : Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids

A bit more adventurous, a little desserty, but Heavenly Army is very tasty, Legend is authentic pipe tobacco with a little dark cherries, or Huntsman or Dark Horse for something a bit drier.

frdave: I made the same mistake of ordering MtBaker's tobacco juices when I first started. There is only one that I think is ok, the rest of them are not good. Be aware that nothing will taste like an actual cigarette, but many of the vendors that use NETs do actually taste like tobacco.

From my own experience, I can tell you that Mt Baker's tobacco flavored liquid does take a very long time to steep, so some may not taste right up to a month after you get them. However, I was very disappointed with their Havana and their Coumarin Pipe Tobacco. The above posters gave good suggestions. Mt Baker does a lot of things good, creating a tobacco juice that actually tastes like tobacco is not one of them.

The one that I will add would be GoodEJuice. They extract their tobacco flavors in house and their prices are not much higher than Mt. Baker. I absolutely love GJ4 from them and a lot of people really enjoy their Patriot.
