Even tho you have the required post count...you have to wait for the system to refresh and know it...this will happen at 25 after the hour.

And we all have an answer for you! Except for me, because I had no idea what could be causing that. I'm sure a forum moderator will see this and let you know though.

You need to post 5 times in the new memberas area, before being able to post elsewhere. Even then, you may need to wait a few hours for the forums to register your post count.
