Hi

I have been smoking for 30 years and now I want to finally stop with "Big Tabacco" Vuse ePod. I am Swiss.

I hope I can do it this time, I don't want to quit completely but switch to vaping. I won't quit completely until I'm in my grave

Why didn't you have to verify your email address in this forum? Does anyone know?

Welcome, Flora.

In time, you may find better options than Vuse. It's a decent enough way to begin your vaping journey, though, so best of luck to you.

After 30 years of cigarette smoking, please don't get discouraged if you continue to smoke while transitioning to vaping. For some folks, it's an immediate change but for many, such as myself, it's a gradual process.

Never hesitate to ask for information or advice. We're all happy to help here.

We did away with that quite some time ago in the name of user experience. There were many registrations that never were "verified" for whatever reason. So we decided to do away with the requirement.

thank you @All for welcome messages.

I already know that there are better things than Vuse. Vuse liquids are very expensive. My first goal is to quit cigarettes and then look for an alternative to Vuse.

At the moment I am using "Vuse PRO Pods Golden Tobacco 18mg" because it is very similar to the classic cigarette.

Heh. You missed with vuse. It’s one of the brands Phillip Morris owns. If it’s the one you can get it’s the one you can get though. Welcome :). Once you successfully transition to vaping you ameliorate the damage smoking does and e-cigs are much easier to titrate than cigarettes allowing you to titrate down more easily if you want to quit entirely.
