ok, so yesterday both of my batteries (joyetech c 1000mah) died on me i thought. i got on here and people helped me get back to vaping. i am using ego ce5 clearomizers. this afternoon, same thing started happening. battery fully charged, light wont come on. put it back in charger, white light will come on without ce5 on it. put ce5 on it. vape one time and battery won't work again....repeat this process over and over again.....one vape at a time, then it goes out. one battery did flash blue 3 times after a vape, and is now working. put other ce5 on this one working battery and it won't work. take it off, battery still wont light. put it it charger for seconds, put the good ce5 back on and it is fine. is it my batteries, or is it my ce5's. do i need to replace the heads on them? i have made sure all the connections on the ce5 are tight. i think there are ghosts in here messing with me getting a good laugh! any help would be appreciated...this has me puzzled. HELP AGAIN! at least i have 1 working, but i don't know what i did to make it work!

Sounds to me like you have a short in the offending tank, which is tripping a safety circuit in the eGo. I have heard (cannot confirm) that they have a circuit that can trip then be reset by spending some time on a charger. I wouldn't use the tank that seems to render them useless until you have a chance to change the atty head out.

If you ego's are anything like my Inferno was a bad head causes a short which in turn causes the battery to trip a circuit. Now the bad news... that same bad head can kill the battery so that even if you put a good head on it the battery is done for and will still malfunction. In a case like this I would recommend you replace your ego's soon to ensure you have no further problems.

That was one of my concerns on the thread yesterday. If the lighted button is flashing and the battery is not discharged (dead), it sounds like a short. Do you have extra heads for the vivi?
