I started this vapeing thing just about 3 weeks ago. I have been very surprised at how it has changed my smoking habit.
This past week I went off the deep end and purchased an itaste MVP 2.0. Now I have gone and purchased a SMOKTECH Caterpillar rda. It came out of the box at 1.5ohm so it works with the MVP well enough I suppose. Now I have gone and ordered a VAMO V6 VV/VW from EBAY along with a pair of Efest 35A 2500mah 18650 batteries and Nitecore D2 Digicharger and a Nemesis from fast tech.
I have truly Lost My Mind.

I can't speak to that but it is what the seller had as a package deal for the charger and batteries. Now that I have equipment I can buy others. I have seen it mentioned in other threads. At this point I don’t believe this will mean much to me as I will not be pushing the battery that hard with sub ohm builds.

It should be what maybe 24 to 48 hours after I get the equipment before I go that way? :)

Welcome to the party ;) Man I wish I would've gotten on board with mechs and RDA/RBA that quick instead of wasting all of that time and money with silly stuff. As long as you know your limits with the kit you're working with, I say, rock on. Once you go mech and RDA there's just no turning back :D Enjoy. Now start DIY juice and your journey to the dark side will be complete!

Nothing a little research can't fix ;) Head on over here if you haven't already. I use the desktop eJuice Me Up software and the online .................... calculator personally. In any event, welcome to ECF and I hope vaping enables you to quit the stink sticks for good!

Here is the DIY video that got me kick started back in the day. Just a fabulous intro to DIY:

I don't think of it as losing your mind. I call it research. You have to try a lot of things. So there is no guilt you are now a scientist. That's very impressive.

I like your analogy lol. I should get started on building, too. I use prebuilt coils.

I keep thinking the same thing. I'm still not sure about it. I know it's easy but I am afraid I could screw it up.

Its a time thing for me.. I mean, coils are cheap.. And building your own is cheap.. So the worst that could happen is to lose a few bucks by messing up a coil. But then, who i am to talk lol

to ecf FATKAT. So glad you are here. Sounds completely normal to me but everyone knows I'm not normal.

As long as you are having fun and are not smoking. . . I'd say you are doing everything just right. Good luck to you and happy vaping.

Sorry floks, had to go to work. What was supposed to be a 2 hour job took 10.
I stopped by another vape store I had not been to this afternoon and picked up more stuff!!!!!! I got a NIMBUS clone RDA. It reads at 0.7ohm so I also picked up some 1.8 ohm coils. I will start working on my own builds soon enough. They had what I thought was a far price on a Tesla, Im thinking I may be back by there in a day or two. My Vamo and batteries should be here Monday when I get home from work.

Don't worry. Soon your bank acct. will run dry and you will stop.......................Yea right.
Been there, am that

Yea, thats it..... This is research, I can totally justify that :D

My other hobbies have cost me much more. I play with RC Cars and have been known to buy Guitars and related gear in the past and find it very hard to pass another guitar deal by even though I don't need any more. How many can you play at once?:ohmy::)
