Debb,

If you have a syringe it also works well to just pull out the liquid right through the mouth piece, tilt the mouthpiece downward a bit and just draw it out, also works great when you want to pull the liquid out of the overflow tank when it gets filed up sometimes, just unscrew your top tank, set it aside, take the syringe and pull the liquid out of the overflow tank, syringe it back into the top tank and screw it back together, works great and you end up reusing the liquid.

can you explain? Turning it upside down while it's all put together? I think that's what mwa meant but using a syring....am I right?

No Debb, I meant once you unscrew your tank to just draw the fluid out of it with a syringe, but when it is all together you can also use the syringe to draw the fluid out of the Atty by sticking the syringe right through the hole in the mouthpiece if your flooded.
