I like this e cig/mod/ no idea, but its shiny. Towards the bottom they are explaining things, and I have no clue what they are talking about, and wondering if this is way over my head. I have never used a tank before or whatever this is on the link. Should I not go this technical if I really just want to charge it fill it and have it work. It seems complicated .

No, if you've never used a tank, don't get this - it's a Nemesis mechanical mod. Or if you want to try mech mods get a cheap one first (around $30)

It is sparkly isn't it? lol I have been using White cloud, Halo, V2, Blue, and Logic. All of those with prefilled ready to go just screw them in and inhale. I have moved up to cartomizers that I am filling at the moment. I am ready to graduate, and have been looking at the Zeus from V4L, but then I saw this shiny object and got side tracked. I don't think I would use it in public I don't like drawing attention to myself but at home it looked fun. I would be able to find it easily for once.

But if you've been using cigalikes with cartos, it's a rather big jump to go straight to mechanical mods. You might, instead, move from the Halo G6 to the Halo Triton with a little tank. Go on over to the Halo forum and you can see pics (you can make them pretty too) and find out what it's all about.

You might want to think about a regulated device instead of a Mechanical Mod. A Mech Mod is just a tube that holds a battery abd a switch to fire it. No protection of any type. They are also best used if you build your own coils on a RBA or RDA and those coils are below 1 ohm in resistance.

If you don't understand some of what I posted I suggest you skip the Mech Mod and or do some research on them and battery safety.

I have halo as well now the G6 version I bought a bunch of them. I was looking more for a tank model maybe? I am getting tired of filling up the cartomizers already , and looking for a simpler version. Shiny as well.

It doesn't sound like I can handle the mech mod unless I hired someone to handle this for me, and that is not an option. Is there a middle version to get something new, and a step up from what I have been doing?

Yes, it sure is sparkly! You are exhibiting the beginning phases of what we vapers call "shinyitis". It's very contagious, it can be very expensive, and there is no cure!

You have the Halo G6, right? But not the Halo Triton. The Triton system is a tank, and it also comes in variable voltage. In this pic the variable voltage Triton is the second from the right, and the little Triton is in the front:

Take a look at a Innokin iTaste VV V3. Fairly small, Fairly good battery life, Has both variable voltage and wattage (Although I don't use the wattage function on any of my regulated devices), Fairly inexpensive and you charge it from any USB port that puts out power. That means a computer or one of those USB wall wart chargers. It comes in a variety of colors, silver also.
Also it can function as a Pass-Through device so you can use it while it is connected to a USB charger.
Has both a 510 and eGo style cone threading.
I even use my Halo G6 cartomizers on it with an adapter.

Then take a look at the Kanger Aerotank Mega or Mini. Very good tank systems, what is called a clearomizer.

Let it be stated, I'm not a huge fan of mechs, but I can sure understand the visual appeal. And this one has it in spades, at least if you like really shiny things. That one would make a magpie faint.

2 ways of approaching this.
If you really, really like that beast, there are ways around the whole mech issue. There are little circuit boards you can put in one to give you the protection and basic functions of a mod. It's called a kick. I've never used one, but I've heard a lot of people say good things about them. If that's the only mech you're looking it, that might be the best solution. Get the shiny, then find a store that has a kick and works with mechs, buy the kick from them and let them install it. Gives them the business and you the peace of mind it was installed right. At least if it's a good store.

The other way, if you really like bright shiny things and see yourself buying more than this one, is to learn how to deal with them. This will take a lot more work and may or may not suit your long term goals.

Myself, if I ever found a mech I could not live without, I'd get it and a good kick. Looks like a mech, works like a mod. But then I fully admit I'm paranoid about mechs. Not in a sane way and I realize that, but for me, nope. It's way too easy to slap a good kick in there to have the bling and not worry about frying something, like me.

I am looking at the titan from Halo, they have been a good company. I see they are selling titan replacement tank coils....how long before people have an issue with the coils ? Typically?

It depends on the juice you vape. Sometimes they last a week, sometimes 2 weeks and then sometimes a few days.

Note that the Halo Triton system uses the same 808/901 thread system as the G6 so you can't connect other clearomizer tank atomizers to it without an adapter.

But other than that it seems to be a good system. I know some people that use it and like it.

Also note that the Triton clearomizers are plastic so they can break down with certain juice flavors.
