I know the 901 manuals have to use an extender to charge in the orig chargers.

I think I recall an adapter for the 510 also back a few months ago when I started vaping. I am sure a mod site would have them... or something that would work.

Why are you using a USB charger? I read about 3-4 hours to charge on a USB, maybe more on a mega. My 510 batts charge in like 1.5-2 hours MAX

Use an AC charger for now?

so how do i charge this damn thing!??!? its a 510 mega batt and all i have is 510 usb chargers and it dont fit in it and it wont charge....did i just waste my money on a product i cant recharge?

The threads and diameter are exactly the same. If you have a usb 'spring charger' (no threads) ease it in until you see the red light come on (and btw, they may already be charged so you might not get a red light). If it's a screw in then you may have a cross thread problem. If you have a regular batt that screws in well - screw it in, back it out a few times. Also check the threads on the mega first to see if they are ok.

There are thread correcters/rethreading tools too.

Is this "spring charger" of which your speak, the device commonly refered to as a "Universal Charger"?

Yes - uncorded. Like the ones innovapor puts in their kits or similar - I think there's a least two types - one is fatter than the other and innovapor got the smaller one to fit in their pelicans ;-)

Most likely the threads are now cross threaded. If you had two that got jammed and now this one, I think you're going to have to take it easy and lightly tighten them and only until you see the light go red on the charger. And you're right, if the charger light is staying green it's not charging so the contacts are not connecting - again, most likely because the threads are crossed. You might be able to salvage with a rethreading tool. See if anyone you know has one that might fit first.
