Order# MV-4444442 I received this today and it leaks or I am doing something wrong?? I have a GLV2 5v mod... I screw the DC tank carto on tight, I slide tank onto carto and make sure flangey thing is lined up proper and give it a nice snug push/seat....I put in about 15-20 drops of juice inside carto (around edges, not down middle) I then proceed to drip juice into tank outside of carto and 1/2 full it starts leaking juice out of connection or flangey seat (can't tell because it's now a wet mess at the bottom) Any ideas?? Thank you, Bryan :)

p.s. Also, the one 2.5 atty and one 2.5 carto DOA (won't fire)

Hey Bry-
The GLV has an adjustable pin; remove the small black cap and use an allen wrench to adjust up or down. Just clean the juice out with a q tip. I sounds as if the carto is flooded. Blow the carto out - it should be fine after that.

Thanks Dshark.... I think you're right about the flooding... After watching a few you-tube vids on these, I am quite sure I put way to much juice in the carto itself....Everybody was filling the tank first and only putting about 5 drops in the carto to prime whereas I put about 20 in it... My bad :( I emptied tank and just heavily vaped the carto after blowing it out (trying to dry it up a little) Then just filled tank about a 1/4 full and did not put any juice in the carto and it is working great....great flavor, nice warm hit, good vape and nooo leak...so far :)
As far as the GLV pin, I took the little cap off and am not seeing a defined allen head screw.... Looks like some kind of little plastic piece protruding out of what would be allen head fitting??? Older cap??? IDK
Thank you again Dshark, you have been helpful here and on my thread on Jay's forum :)
Still not sure about those 2 DOA's??? only because I put them on my wifes Chuck and they didn't fire on that either

Yes there is that chance that you have an older cap, you can send it in for the pin upgrade. As long it is hitting for you now that is good. But this could be an ongoing problem, I do have this on occasion when I change out my DCT cartos too. I make the adjustment to the pin and all is well.

The carto flooding I have had happen to - one thing I have changed is filling the tank first and then using a syringe; filling the carto with the syringe with about 1 ml of juice.

I usually average 1 DOA out of 7 DCT cartos I buy. I just placed an order for more although I don't really NEED them I am just stockpiling these for now.
