And I am breaking my promise all the time.

It's Tuesday night. The one night a week you can actually order from Alice in Vapeland. I'm pretty stocked up on Alice's juices right now, but I keep wanting to try more flavors from her. Don't want another sample pack because I'm afraid I will like them, and the 3ml bottles that come with the sample just aren't enough!

Last week I ordered Frost Blossom. Was just shipped today. Haven't tasted it before so I am anxiously waiting for delivery.

This evening I ordered Cherry Blossom Tea. Never tried that before either.

I also went to Giant Vapes and ordered some more Derp Sauce. They finally have it in 30ml bottles now, which means I won't have to order as often, so that's good. This is a juice I have actually tried and I LOVE. (The "RYU NO 4?" flavor).

I want to stop buying, but I can't!

At the same time, before trying AiV...I was a mount baker junkie. I was constantly buying tons of new juices to try. Very easy to do when you are a new vaper, and when MBV has a million different flavors.

I was actually spending more money back then because I was constantly "chasing the dragon" to try to find new flavors I liked. Finding one or two other vendors with a slightly more limited selection has helped. AT least I'm not buying 4-5 new flavors each week like I was before. Seems like now I am buying just stuff I know I like just to replenish my stash, with the exception of a new AiV flavor here and there.

Anyone else ordering from AiV tonight?

Yeah, I'm totally afraid of that one. Started out with AiV with the 'delectable sampler'. Comes with 5 samples of your choosing, but Alice sent me 6. It was all downhill from there.

I figured I will enjoy the Frost Blossom and Cherry Blossom tea enough to order the 18ml bottles. If I hate them, I will try them again after more steeping. If I still hate them, I will give them away.

We will see!

I love Derp Sauce, too. The flavors are amazing. It was my first attempt at a tobacco/RY4 flavor and I'm in love.

Well, hopefully I will get my new juices soon and maybe then I can quit buying?? At least for a while. :)

I love Cherry Blossom Tea. It's in my top 3 juices and I never want to be without it. It's an all day vape.
I wouldn't have chosen it on my own, but it was included as a sample with an order and I was hooked. It was good right out of the box.

Frost Blossom is another juice that I wouldn't have chosen on my own but was included as a sample. I'm not usually a citrus vaper, and mint is okay, but I mostly vape bakery and dessert flavors. But Wow. Frost Blossom. Amazing juice. I want to order a big bottle of this. Also good right out of the box.

I'm in a similar situation - totally stocked up on AiV juice! Just can't order more right now. Next month maybe!

Another juice that was included as a sample that I've fallen in love with and now need a 30ml bottle of is Lemon Loves Cake!

So this is super nerdy, but it has really worked for me. I was in the same boat back when I started vaping. Trying tons of stuff and spending more than I would like to admit on juices I ultimately gave away or tossed. I keep a spreadsheet of stuff I want to try, and once a month I select a few to order within a certain budget. I'm sure I'm not the only one doing this. I find it really suppresses the urge to impulse buy, especially from vendors who have limited order windows. I have passed on stuff I would normally just plunk down my credit card info for in the moment, in favor off things I considered top shelf must try's/haves. I don't think I could ever settle on just one juice ( a style maybe) as there's too much enjoyment in trying new things. An aspect of which drew me to try vaping in the first place.

Or maybe not....maybe it's an endless 'but there's more' kind of thing....LOL

I think it would be a good thing to find something you like. My problem is not finding stuff I like, which is why I keep buying more. If I found something I liked, then I would probably buy less juice and just stick to what I know I like.

Also placed a sample order recently with Vapor Chef. So many people have told me how great these juices are, especially one friend I've made here on ECF. I received 6 samples and so far only like 3 of them. There was one, the Peach Tea, that is literally unvapeable. Perhaps I will allow it to steep a bit longer. It was made on December 7th. Try again in a few weeks or so. If it is still nasty, I will put it in my "emergency only" stash. :)

Also just found out my uncle from far away has sent me a surprise in the mail. I know it's juice. I bet it's something really tasty. I'm excited. More juice!

It never ends!!!!

I am totally a juice ..... and I have been known to be a pretty frugal person up until this point in life. I have an amazing array of things I felt I had to try and just like another person posted, I was ordering weekly from MBV (so cheap and so many choices and you can mix things together) and then also once a week treating myself to a splurge on others like Goodlife and Velvet Cloud, AIv etc.
Not sure where this ends or if I will always be searching for the "perfect one" I used to do this with boots so this is def cheaper!

I ordered some RY4 from ITC Vapes last week, just a 30ml bottle. I told myself back in August (and actually told everyone here, lol) that my monthly budget was gonna be $125. I'd love it to be $75, and I'll get there, but I like to try different vendors to see what they have. December was the first month I've stayed on budget adn I think I'll mostly stay on budget outside of maybe buying a ProVari and/or REO.

So I've ordered from Panama Vapor, Myfreedomsmokes, MBV, HHV, ECBlend, Mr Vape, Halo, AVE, ITC Vapes, Vapor Knoll (local B&M but known here at ECF), Mad Vapes, Vape Dojo, 5 Pawns, Ahlusion, Vapor4life and juice from Fasttech. I will order again from most of those places, Halo, AVE and Ahlusion in particular.

My core juice vendors are HHV and ECBlend though, big fan of ECBlend for their RY4, Dragon's series juices and their great price point. HHV has great tobacco vapes, and also some winners like Double D Watermelon and BB Muffin. But one or both of those vendors are going to get monthly orders from me. I build my cart over several weeks and then hit buy when we get close to the end of the month.

So I'll do that, and then try at least one other vendor I haven't tried before. Nicoticket, Indigo Vapor, Virgin Vapor and anything else suggested here at ECF will be in the next few months. Indigo first, I really want to try their RY4 line. Problem for January is I already have $80 worth of HHV juice in my cart....why? Because I'm a juice ......

When I smoked, I stuck to one brand one strength(unless sold out)-now have many options and vendors to try-great isn't it? and I'm always having a list of "must try next" vendors thanks to this website and reddit. I do have my preferred flavors, but still doesn't stop me from trying others either-find it to be much more fun having options, and at times I hit some duds too.

I am always ordering new juice!!!! It is awful!

Honest I have some I have yet to even try and I will still order more. Luckily I have a friend that is into DIY and will open a shop next year sooo she has asked me to beta test her mixes :)
Maybe I will stop ordering once she sends me ones to test? (Although I doubt it!)

It really is interesting if you compare it to smoking habits.

    Smoking-

For me, the mere thought of smoking ANYTHING other than my EXACT CIGARETTE, was absolutely laughable.

I smoked Marlboro Menthols. Marlboro Menthols come in, Extra Light, Light, Full Flavor, 100s, Smooths, Black, and 72s.

If I went to my usual gas station and they were out of Marlboro Menthol, which happened more often than Id like because apparently around here they're a popular choice, I would go elsewhere. I can easily recall dozens of times having to go to three or four places to get my Marb Methol.

There was no other choice, it was what I smoked. I didn't smoke anything else, period. The caveat to that, is when 72s came out, I tried them, and found them stupid, because I still smoked the same amount, now it just took more than one cigarette to do so. And when Menthol Blacks came out, I tried those(and to this day Im convinced that Marlboro changed NOTHING except for giving the cig a stronger paper on the filter end.)

But.. another brand? Wouldn't even be a thought.

A non-menthol? Id honestly rather not smoke than smoke a non menthol.

    Vaping

Currently have more juice than I will list here, but its A LOT. And now that Im liking fruit flavors, its even more varied.

Heres what Im vaping right now:
    Midas- RY4
    Good Life- Deadly Sin
    Adam Bomb- Sweet Melon
    Mr Good Vapes- Moon Sugar
    The Standard- Dead Mans Party
    Five Pawns- Castle Long Reserve
And if you count the stupid stupid stupid Kayfun Im battling with, thats got some P.O.E.T. Dolce Miele Crema in it.

Yes, I actually have seven devices sitting in front me. Yes, Im currently vaping them all.

and what is open in other tabs, is a couple sites where Im shopping for another Mech/Atty Combo to join the ranks, because Id like to vape one more juice at the same time.

So, if that wasn't enough of a 180(and to match the final statement of the smoking section up above)

A Menthol Juice? Id honestly rather not vape than vape a menthol.

    ----

Just goes to show, Vaping and Smoking are two very different things.

    I really love your idea!

Impulse control has never been a problem for me until now.

Just want to try more and more juice!

Think I will do what you are doing because I think that would be a fantastic way to keep track of what I am spending and decide what my top choices are to try.

Just having a plan every month I think will stop me from just losing control at the moment and buying, buying, buying!

Thanks so much for the idea.
