I started vaping 10 days ago and quit smoking and chewing tobacco 8 days ago. I first got a knock off brand ( didn't know at the time) ego u that came with a cheap clearomizer (very very cheap). Even though it was was a knock off it did get me off of tobacco, I was chewing 2 cans a day and smoking 4-10 cigs a day.

I got an Ego C -Twist today and oh my goodness. I cant believe how well its working, especially with the kanger T3s and carto tanks. How much better could vaping be??? Im already looking at the itaste mvp, I found a new b+m store down the road ) , I've had my eye on the itaste mvp even before I knew just how much vaping could get. Does vaping get better and better the more you upgrade. I cant wait to get an RTA/ RBA.

Welcome to ECF. Vaping has gotten better for me. Mainly because I'm starting to figure out what I'm doing and what I like.
As far as the MVP goes. I got one a few nights ago. I'm really liking it.

Trust me, it gets better. I started off with a baby twist from eGo and loved vaping ever since. Now i'm constantly vaping with it and couldn't be happier I made the switch off the stinkies. Not only does vaping get better, Your health does as well. Your body will thank you. Just for fair warning, this becomes a very addictive hobby for most. Don't be surprised if your curiosity takes you into the world of RDA or RBA. With all the knowledge provided on this forum you'll be just fine.

Yeah I can see this being an addicting hobby. Ive already spent $130 on juice, batteries, cartos and clearos, but ive saved more than that from not spending $85 a week on tobacco. Thanks guys for the reply and goodnight.

Good for you!! Welcome to ECF! Make sure to check out channels like PBusardo and GrimmGreen on Youtube. They do a lot of reviews on mods, batteries, and tanks. Just spending a few hours with their videos can really make your next big purchase count!

My thought is to spend 2 months of your usual cig budget on "stuff" and liquids. You want to be successful. You can't replace spending $85 per week with $25 for the rest of your life. My experience has been that $85 per week in Virginia is about $6 dollars worth of juice.

Congrats on switching. Yeah the vape bug has bitten you like the rest of us. It's a great hobby and everyone on this forum is so helpful. I am 6 months in and spent lots testing and finding my favorites and how to set them up. Getting that perfect vape is a nice feeling and everyone has different tastes, so variety is the spice of life.

Just remember, vaping at 4.0v on your Twist is the same as Vaping at 4.0v on an MVP.

OK, so on the MVP you can go with the watts to make swapping tanks easier, but essentially upgrading will be limited with something like a T3S. I like them and use them.

MVP will come into it's own with tanks that benefit from higher watts. (RBAs or iClear30)

I started with a knock off ego as well then moved to an mvp 2 weeks later, night and day difference. Still using the mvp just topped with a aga-t2 now and again night and day difference. So happy to be off of the stinkies.

Congrats on quitting OP. Your story reminds me of my own. I was chewing a can a day and smoking half a pack or more. Started out with a few ego twists and carto-tanks that I got from a friend and then upgraded to an MVP. The MVP is a fantastic mod. The battery life is incredible and it is extremely simple to use. Best value in my opinion.
