I've had a long day and I'm just about to leave work. Should be home in about 40 minutes so it would be really great to find a solution when I get home. My issue? Auto feeding. It wasn't a problem until today and this is the same juice I've been using since I got my reo. No lie, I went through all 6mls in less than 30 minutes. I would blow out the atty to get rid of the excess, screw it back on and try again. When I go to inhale, it floods it in seconds, and I mean FLOODS it. If I blow into it, it fills the entire catch cup. If I take out the atty and suck on it, I can pull up a lot of juice too. Is there something I can put into the tube that will still let some juice through but not excessive amounts? I don't know what to use that wouldn't completely plug it. I have no clue what's going on because it's been doing fine all week and the majority of today until this afternoon. When I get home, I plan on reordering everything in VG. :(

There should be a reducer tube in your baggie (it is small and clear so it is hard to see) with the business card and extra bottle. If it isn't there, it may have fallen out when you opened it...but have no fear! There are more available here... Accessories
Check that your o-ring is seated properly in the cap of your juice bottle.
Also, some have found that flushing the atty has helped.
In the meantime...if you have some VG, you can add a little to your juice to see if that helps. It may diminish the flavor a bit, but that's better than tossing it.
Also, if it is a hot day, the juice may have expanded in the bottle...put a little less juice in the bottle.
Hope one of these possibilities helps! :) Keep us posted.

Rhaps - I couldn't find the reducer tube, but I found something similar. It's a plastic tube that goes over a very fine eye brush. It fits without budging (yes, I cleaned it) and pulls out easily if I need to. Phew! I'm still ordering some vg juice though. I think you were right about the heat. My reo and I were at the warehouse all day installing some access points and it was terribly hot in the Florida sun.

Mlinky - I thought that's what I was doing at first too! I had just put on a new bottle and it wasn't until I was at the last ml that I realized that wasn't the issue. My issue was that my atty was literally acting like a straw because the juice had thinned out so much in the heat. At first, I thought I had a magical atty because every time I blew it out massive amounts of juice came out even though I had just blew it out a puff a go  I basically wasted 6mls for nothing. Live and learn.

Thanks for all the help!

A clogged atty will act just like a straw even when dripping juices this can happen.

I was going to post the same thing. Sometimes the air holes get so clogged the only place it can draw air is through the connector and up comes the juice.

You normally notice a really stiff draw if its happening though.

I've only had it happen if I have the bottle full to the top. I always leave a little room now.

I've noticed this also, to a lessor extent. If I'm at work, after lunch when its hot, my cup stays wet and I don't have to squook the bottle very much. It hasn't overflowed on me or anything that extreme, kinda enjoying it actually. I just thought my Reo "skills" were improving. That's with Halo Tribeca juice and joye 510 reg & LR atties btw.

I run 100% VG or 80VG with the flavoring at 20%pg and it really works extremely well for me, I also double up on my flavoring which thins out my 100% VG at times with certain flavors in fact most flavors, I obviously like VG much more then PG but I find it is just an all around better vape which produces a much thicker cloud of vapor for me and it works perfect on my Grand and Mini.

It seems like I'm going to be spending an inordinate amount of time at the warehouse, so I think I'll be sticking to VG, just in case. I ordered some 306's with clear drip tips so that should help give me a visual as to what I'm doing. As for cartos, I really can't bear to go back to them! I love the flavor on attys and the reo makes it so easy. I'm lazy as heck, which is why I stuck to cartos, but with the reo no one has to know that =]
