Hey all! I feel goofy as an ecf vet asking for suggestions for a vv-but help is what i need. I'm the owner of 2 darwins and have enjoyed the freedom of not carrying around batts for my pv as well as getting a super duper good vape that I can control at the touch of a button. Having said that...both of my darwins are semi-broke and although Evolve has made an ATTEMPT at fixing them-it just aint cutting it.

I have to bite the bullet and purchase a new pv. i'm out of the what's-new-out-there loop, and don't have a clue where to start. I'd like a vv that can be plugged into usb to charge, internal battery, powerful vape that i can adjust, a display that indicates ohms, atty resistance and all that other good stuff, as well as be able to take a hit if bumped/dropped. Beauty is what I look for in my shoes-not my PV-so cute little things with rhinestones are unnecessary.:(

I'm sure that I probably will have to let go of my dreams of no longer having to carry batteries around, but any suggestions that fulfill 90% of my wish list would be helpful.

My budget is around $250.

If you are interested in mech mods it would be these few : The Legacy, Precise Plus, Megalodon...

For VV kits : Provari?

For me I would go for a mech mods cause it uses less battery power and therefore the batt can last you a few days(not forgetting 18650P batt has 3100mAh)...If you do rebuildables that would be great! you will save much battery power... IMO wise, I recommend you the Precise Plus as it has a seamless look to it and really great PV!...Although its a pinky button PV...hope you look out for it!

btw the mech mods I listed all are below your budget so yeah! :D

a lot of people are just going to advise you to get a pro vari....i dont own one so cant really speak to it much

i have a kicked legacy which would be similar in terms of your darwins in that wattage is fixed instead of volts...there is some set up to it and it has no readout or whatever but it works very well, the device is made almost entirely of stainless steel....

it doesn't have an internal battery but quite honestly i can get 2.5 days on a battery so carrying around extras isnt really any issue after the 2nd day i just put a new one in and recharge...takes all of 15 seconds...hope this helps

oh and you arent limited to the legacy..the kick works in most tube mods...the silver bullet for example has an excellent durability record/reputation here at ecf... but i dont own one of those either
