I need a 'thin-style' 501-808 adapter...

Most of the 510 to 808/901 adapters I have seen look like the one below. I call these the 'thick style'.

I'm in need of what I call the 'thin style' below.

I found it on healthcabin.net, but they want $15 to ship it. Does anyone know where I can get one stateside? If someone has one I'll trade my 'thick style' or some juice for it!

Yes, I meant 510, but I didn't see I had typo'd the title and don't seem to be able to edit it. I got my 'thick style' from Goodprophets not knowing it wouldn't work with my setup.
