i need advice

hello to all members.i'm new to e-cigs and ready to make my first order.now the confusing part for me.i decided to go for joye 510 kit and CHUCK from Thag build .the reason is 510's have good reviews and chuck will allow me e-cig to work all day without recharge as far i got the information right.
Can some of the experienced members please give me advice is this good choice for novice and what else i may need.i want to order supplies for at least month or two including batteries juice etc.
please dont hesitate to make me a shopping list

I don't have the Chuck but a 510 is good for someone starting out.If you end up liking it you probably will eventually end up getting an Ego/Riva cause the 510 batts are a pain in the ....You will be charging them constantly.As for the Chuck,I definitely wouldn't buy any mods until you tried vaping first to see if it suits you.

510 is a good choice. If you want a better battery for the 510, I would suggest an Ego or Riva: and hold off on the Chuck (until you get a little experience under your belt.. you may then find you want a different mod)
Cignot is a great place to start shopping, great starter kit prices, and the ladies will treat you right! (they have egos too)

A shopping list, eh? Well.. that all depends on how much you vape, and what you vape. Believe me, your vaping habits will change, your tastes will change, your mgs will change, a LOT will change (and sometimes rapidly too!) So unless you are going to be unable to get supplies for quite a while, I would suggest buying in shorter time frames. Perhaps 2 weeks at a time, instead of for four. ~JMHO

BUT... you will want more than one battery. I think 3 or 4 is a good starting number. A charger to charge these. About 3-6 attys or cartos. Juice, various mgs and flavors, so you can find what you like. Always think in back ups. "what would you do if your last batty died?" "what if 2 attys fried on the same day?" Stuff like this happens. If you don't have your supplies, can you find them locally? Or will you revert to smoking cigs? Just a few things to think about.

There are a LOT of Mods, and new ones coming out everyday (it seems). I have tried several, and have changed my wants/needs several times. So give the simpler set-ups a good go first. Then you can SEE what you like and what you don't like... and go from there.

Choosing a Chuck and the 510 is a great way to go (wish I'd had done that first instead of struggling with crummy stock batteries and wimpy vapor). I own 2 Chucks and 2 little Chucks. His 1 year warranty and customer service can't be beat.

Just be sure to educate yourself on the Batteries. Only use protected cells in them, take care not to tear the protective covering on them and keep the connections on the Chuck free from e-liquid. (Wipe clean with Microfiber cloths a few times a day). Also, buy some NoaLox to keep the threads on the battery end cap clean and free turning (don't use it on the atomizer connection).

I think you'll do great (and the Chuckleheads in his forum will all be happy help you!). With an adapter, you can try out different atomizers on the Chuck too.

Purchase a few extra atomizers (it is good to have at least 4 around) and plenty of liquid (plan on 3ml a day and purchase enough to last a month once you find some favorites). the chuck is a very popular battery mod and built like a tank - should do well I dont see any reason why not to start with one and 510 atties - Im sure lots of people wish theyd started on something with more POWA - jsut make sure you follow the advice on use carefully and enjoy!

Uh oh, should I have been wiping my chuck with a microfiber cloth a few times a day, really? I haven't ever done that. Am I screwed?

Just noted it for a new user who usually overfill and have leakage out of the atty into the connections. Makes a huge difference in conductivity NOT to have liquid in the battery or atty connection. I clean out both, and check regularly. I have microfiber cloths or small pieces of it tucked in my purse/car. Great stuff.

Oh, you mean where the atty screws in and the actual threaded part on the atty? I clean both of those off everytime I get a leak, and every night before bed even if it hasn't leaked. So, if that's what you're talking about, I'm good then. I thought you meant the outside of the body. Heh.

denman, "I say go for it" concerning the Chuck. I have one and it's a good solid mod. It only took me a few weeks to realize that I needed a longer lasting battery. That's when I started looking at mods. I'd suggest the big Chuck so that you can try 6 volt vaping when you feel that you want to. If you want to get a good idea of how big the big Chuck is find some 3/4" copper pipe and measure off 4 1/2" of it. That's what a big Chuck is made out of.
