Those are both, in my opinion, very good RDAs. If you want actual control over air flow, the Zenith V2 is what you're looking for. The air flow in the Trident V2 isn't adjustable.
A single coil of any design can only vaporize so much
e-liquid. Think of it this way; a one-ohm coil at 4.2 volts (using the 4.2 assuming a fully charged battery and no voltage drop or battery sag) you're going to put 4.2 amps through that coil (current = voltage/resistance), resulting in 17.64 watts of power.
Throw in another coil parallel to the first coil, your resistance is cut in half (assuming TWO one ohm coils), the current and the power are doubled (8.4 amps and 35.28 watts).
If done properly, going dual coil can increase vapor production and sometimes flavor depending on your setup.
